Creates a Unit of Work over one active adapter transaction.
Parameters
- _transaction: ITransaction
  The underlying transaction handle from the adapter.
- _repoFactory: (entity: string) => IRepository<unknown>
  Factory that creates a repository for the given entity name.
- Optional_adapterType: DatabaseAdapterType
  Adapter identity for package-created scopes; omitted by legacy direct callers.
