Class LogProvider

The most recent 1,000 messages, in send order; the sink receives every message.

Establishes any backing connection/client. No-op for stateless providers.

Releases any backing connection/client. No-op for stateless providers.

M70c: a log provider never touches a network, so it is always reachable (M47).

Reports whether the provider is ready to send.

Records and logs a message.

Refused outside connect()..disconnect(), like every other provider, so a send after app.stop() reports the failure rather than a delivery that a real provider would have refused.
