handlers accepts an instance or a RegistryFactory ((services: IServiceRegistry) => IEventHandler). A factory is resolved at onInit — the first phase at which the registry holds every capability — and subscribes through the same subscribeHandler the instance arm uses. Instance handlers keep their register() timing.
