Function adaptConnectModule

The pure adapter over already-imported Connect/Protobuf-ES modules. Exported so an application that already bundles Connect can hand the modules in via GrpcPluginOptions.connectModule instead of paying for the lazy import().

adaptConnectModule(modules: ConnectModuleLike): ConnectRuntime
Adapts already-imported Connect and Protobuf-ES modules into the internal ConnectRuntime port. Pure — it performs no I/O, so unit tests drive it with a fake module bundle.
Parameters
- modules: ConnectModuleLike
  The four modules of ConnectModuleLike.
Returns ConnectRuntime
The internal runtime port every other module consumes.
