Function WorkerPoolPlugin

WorkerPoolPlugin(options?: WorkerPoolPluginOptions): IPlugin
Creates the WorkerPoolPlugin.

Registers an IWorkerPool under CAPABILITIES.WORKER_POOL. Single instance only (duplicate registration throws at startup via the resolver). On runtimes without worker threads (Cloudflare Workers) the plugin still registers; run() then throws WorkerPoolUnavailableError.
