    The verified identity a SAML assertion carried, handed to SamlProvider.toPrincipal.

    Built only from an assertion whose signature, issuer, audience, recipient, time window and InResponseTo have all been checked. A plain frozen object: none of the library's own accessors are passed through.

    The AuthnStatement SessionIndex, when the IdP sent one.
