Only calls through THIS plugin instance's own CacheService are counted,
per fixed operation, under the one approved alias. Keys, prefixes, values,
Redis URLs, factory results and errors are never captured, and no per-key
label exists. "Safe" is a SHAPE, not secret detection: the alias is a
string of 1–64 UTF-8 bytes containing no control character, and
approving it IS authorizing its disclosure — never derive it from a key.
