    Interface EventDiagnosticsRecord

One aggregated dispatch observation for one approved alias and operation (M98j).

alias is the display alias the application approved for the exact event type — never the type itself, which may carry domain naming. Every counter is a cumulative, non-negative safe integer saturating at Number.MAX_SAFE_INTEGER; nonapplicable counters stay zero (noSubscribers applies only to publish). count counts settled observations, not in-flight calls. lastDurationMs is the integer millisecond duration of the most recently settled observation, or null before the first one. ageMs is monotonic time since that settlement (since the most recent start while nothing has settled yet). started is counted when a boundary begins, so started - count is the number still in flight — a hung handler is visible before it settles. Handler identities and names are excluded by construction: handlers of one approved event type aggregate under the type's single approved alias.
