    Interface ICacheDiagnosticsSource

    Read-only cache diagnostics source — the surface every CachePlugin instance registers under CAPABILITIES.CACHE_DIAGNOSTICS as a MULTI provider (M98i), so named cache instances stay independently observable. The DiagnosticsPlugin reads every source to serve GET /v1/cache.

    Synchronous by contract: snapshot() returns already-counted, frozen data and never performs a cache operation, resolves the cache capability, or probes a backend.
