    Interface IRealtimeDiagnosticsSource

    Read-only realtime diagnostics source — the surface the WebSocket, SSE and realtime-backplane plugins each register under CAPABILITIES.REALTIME_DIAGNOSTICS as a MULTI provider (M98l). The DiagnosticsPlugin reads every source to serve GET /v1/realtime.

    Synchronous by contract: snapshot() returns already-counted data plus, for an enabled websocket or sse source, two size getters of the owning plugin's own service. It never sends, closes, publishes, subscribes, creates or enumerates a room or channel, or resolves a service.
