    Interface StorageDiagnosticsSnapshot

    One storage source's snapshot (M98m): the counters its owned StorageService observed.

    coverage is always owned-instance: the source describes the StorageService its own plugin created, never whatever is currently registered under the storage token, and never a replacement service. alias is null exactly when the plugin was not opted into observation (state: 'disabled'). dropped counts operations that ran unobserved because the source's active-observation budget was full (saturating). A collection failure clears records and reports collection-failed.
