The application supplies the reading — it owns the driver and its
documented pool API, which a framework package cannot reach through the
opaque configured Drizzle instance. The adapter publishes the snapshot to
the database health indicator verbatim; no threshold is applied and no
status changes because of it: saturation is data before policy.
