The consumer name: part of the inbox key (consumer, topic, envelope id), and — with the topic — of the default broker queue (inbox. plus a 16-character hash of the pair) when queue is not set. It must be the SAME on every replica and every deployment of this consumer — a name that changes makes every redelivered event look new. A valid publish id: at most 128 UTF-8 bytes, no control or format characters, no surrounding whitespace.
