Only settlements through THIS plugin instance's own StorageService are
counted, per fixed operation, under the one approved alias. Paths, bytes,
metadata, content types, signed URLs, credentials and errors are never
captured, and no per-object label exists. "Safe" is a SHAPE, not secret
detection: the alias is a string of 1–64 UTF-8 bytes containing no
control character, and approving it IS authorizing its disclosure — never
derive it from a path.
