Native-response initialization data attached to a snapshot by the kernel
when its headers have not needed a mutable Headers instance.
HTTP adapters consume this private-by-convention protocol before reading
ResponseSnapshot.headers. The supplied input is snapshot-local
so a native server may safely derive or add headers. Application and
middleware code should continue to use snapshot.headers, which remains
the documented live view.
