    Options for the CachePlugin factory.

    Opt-in cache operation counters for the local diagnostics connector (M98i). Absent (the default) registers an inert disabled source under CAPABILITIES.CACHE_DIAGNOSTICS and observes nothing: no collector and no clock read on any cache call. Validated when CachePlugin(...) is called, with fixed messages that never echo a supplied value.

    Store-specific options.

    store?: CacheStoreType

    Store backend type. Defaults to 'memory'.
