    Interface IEventDiagnosticsSource

    Read-only event-dispatch diagnostics source — the surface every EventsPlugin instance registers under CAPABILITIES.EVENTS_DIAGNOSTICS as a MULTI provider, so bus instances stay independently observable. The DiagnosticsPlugin consumes every registered source to serve GET /v1/event.

    Synchronous by contract: snapshot() returns already-captured, frozen data and never publishes an event, invokes a handler, enumerates subscriptions, or mutates the bus. A source whose plugin was not configured for observation answers disabled with a null alias.
