How the dispatched work for one queue attempt completed (M98f).
completed means the dispatched chain — every configured ingress behaviour
and the processor — returned normally, including a behaviour that
short-circuited without calling next(). retryable-error means it threw
while attempts remained, and terminal-error means it threw on the final
attempt. The thrown value itself is never projected.
An outcome is NOT proof that the job was durably settled: see
QueueSettlementState.
